How much does junk removal cost?
Cost depends on how much space your items take up in our trailer, their weight, material type, and how accessible they are. We’ll always give you an exact, upfront price before any work begins — never a vague estimate.
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access to the items and know exactly what needs to go, many customers simply leave items in an accessible spot like a driveway or garage.
What items do you take?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household junk, yard waste, renovation and construction debris, hot tubs, playsets, scrap metal, and much more. If you’re unsure, just ask — we accept most household and light commercial items.
What items can't you take?
We’re unable to take hazardous chemicals, asbestos, paint and solvents, medical waste, propane tanks, ammunition, or radioactive material. We’re happy to point you toward the right disposal option for these.
How quickly can I book a pickup?
We reply to inquiries in about 60 seconds during business hours and can often quote your job within 5 minutes. Same-week appointments are frequently available.

We price based on the space your items take up, their weight, material type, and accessibility — not a flat rate. You’ll receive a firm, upfront quote before we start, with no hidden fees.

Yes. Wherever possible, we sort usable furniture, appliances, and materials for donation or recycling before anything goes to the landfill.

Yes — our team is equipped to safely remove and haul away heavy, bulky items including hot tubs, sheds, playsets, and large appliances.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Just group the items you’d like removed in one accessible area if possible. If everything is in place, we’ll handle the rest, including the lifting and cleanup.
Do you service areas outside London?
Yes — we currently serve London, St. Thomas, Komoka, and Ilderton, with more communities planned as we grow. Reach out even if your area isn’t listed yet.
